The lounge is split level from the kitchen/dining area. Three large sofas will accomodate the party nicely. In addition to the lounge there is a seating area on the kitchen level which over looks the lounge. Enjoy a glass of wine here with fabulous views through the picture windows.

Two sets of double doors open out onto a large terrace, steps either side offer access to the garden. However if you wish to take a break from the weather entertainment is plenty in the form of: a 50" TV, Blu Ray/DVD player, and a Nintendo Wii. There is a large dvd collection and a selection of Wii games.
